Our Mission
To connect high-quality infrastructure projects in Mexico's Bajío with the right capital — through experience, trusted relationships, and financial rigor that adds value to every project and every sponsor.
Our Land
The Bajío
Between the rose-hued cantera stone of Querétaro, the colonial aqueducts, and the agave fields, the Bajío has been Mexico's productive heartland for centuries. Today it is the country's fastest-growing industrial region. This is where we live, where we work, and where we build.
Our Approach
I
Origination with Local Roots
A regional network of originators with deep knowledge of the territory, its industries, and its people, backed by centralized structuring capabilities.
II
Structuring as Craft
Meticulous financial modeling, thorough due diligence, and investment memoranda prepared to the standard institutional capital demands.
III
Rigorous Standards
A quantitative 100-point framework ensures only institutional-grade projects reach investors.
IV
Regional Focus
Deep specialization in the Bajío: Querétaro, Guanajuato, Jalisco, Aguascalientes, and surrounding states.
Our Values
Integrity
Transparency and ethics in every interaction
Craftsmanship
Work done well, with an artisan's care
Trust
Long-term relationships that bring the right partners together
Impact
Infrastructure that drives the region's development
